Ingredients
Beef 75%, lamb fat, water, Soy protein, potato starch, Milk protein, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, salt, yeast, water), salt, combined spice mix: (cumin, black pepper, sweet pepper, hot pepper, sugar, preservatives: E262 (sodium acetate), antioxidant: E300 (ascorbic acid), E301 (sodium ascorbate), acidity regulator: E331 (sodium citrate). Do not refreeze after thawing! Consume only after fully cooked!
Preparation Advice
Grill: Arrange Adana Kebab on the preheated grill to 200 °C without waiting for them to thaw. Cook for 8-10 minutes, turning frequently. (The cooking time may vary depending on the type of your grill.)
Pan: Without waiting for the Adana Kebab to thaw, place it in a preheated pan on medium heat. Cook for 6-8 minutes, turning frequently. (You can add a small amount of oil when cooking optionally.)
Oven: Bake Adana Kebab in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 16-18 minutes until they are lightly browned, without waiting for them to defrost.
